In the cases of complete, complex accounting service, the monthly price is formed principally by the type of activity, number of processed documents, number of employees, additional reports and administrative services.
When forming the individual price of the accounting service a major influence have the following factors:
• type of service – complete accounting service; partial accounting service; other services;
• type and number of the performed activity/activities – production; trade; transport; construction; services; gambling, etc .;
• necessity of calculating the cost price of the production / services in assortments, objects, separate parts, etc .;
• necessity of allocation the total expenses in assortments, objects, separate parts, etc .;
• existence of inventory warehouses and nomenclatures of stocks;
• number of objects and places for performing the activity / activities – offices, shops, warehouses;
• existence of cash transactions and number of cash registers;
• VAT registration;
• deals with countries from the European Community;
• Intrastat – registration;
• deals with countries which are not in the European Community;
• registration in accordance with the Excise Act;
• other registrations;
• obligations for auditing;
• number of payment and other bank accounts in leva and currency;
• existence of loans from financial and non-financial institutions and other persons;
• loans provided to other persons;
• total number of processed primary documents;
• approximate number of issued invoices by the company per month;
• existence of export transactions and intra-community supplies;
• approximate number of invoices for purchases per month;
• existence of transactions for import and intra-community acquisition;
• existence, quantity and structure of non-current assets of the company;
• existence of vehicles, traffic tickets and waybills;
• using company assets for personal purposes;
• total number of staff;
• necessity of allocating the cost of wages and insurances in several fields of the activity;
