In more analytical plan our accounting services are:

Operative accounting
It includes:
• current process of all primary accounting documents;
• current accrual of accounting depreciation for the month;
• preparation of the relevant accounting registers for the calendar month;
• registration and deregistration in accordance with the VAT Act;
• monthly preparation and submission of the VAT declaration to the National Revenue Agency /NRA/;
• monthly preparation and submission of the excise declaration to the “Customs” Agency;
• preparation and submission of the required current and annual information to the National Institute of Statistics;
• current accrual and preparation of all necessary payment documents for payments to contractors and the budget, etc.
The accounting is performed based on the requirements of the national, respectively the international accounting standards.
Fiscal year end
The scope of the fiscal year end includes:
• closure of the accounting balance to December 31st of the relevant calendar year;
• preparation of the annual financial report (including a consolidated one) in accordance with the accounting standards;
• verification and certification of the annual financial report by a certified chartered accountant;
• presentation of the annual financial report for consideration and approval of the management body of the trader and deciding on the annual result;
• publication of the annual financial report and the attachments to it in the Commercial Register;
• preparation and presentation in the National Revenue Agency of the annual tax returns and the annual activity report and other reports required by the Bulgarian legislation;
• preparation and presentation of annual statistical forms for the National Statistical Institute
